Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of confirmation. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote pin codes may take a little longer.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹1299.
- For orders below ₹1299, a nominal shipping fee is calculated at checkout.

Once dispatched, we’ll share your tracking link via WhatsApp/email. You can also message us anytime for an update.
Delays
Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to weather, festivals, or courier issues beyond our control. We’ll always help you track and resolve any delay.

Exchanges
- Exchanges only for damaged, defective or wrong products, reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for every exchange request.
